Woodpecker Trail Olive Farm Proprietary Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar is a True balsamic vinegar made from a reduction of pressed Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. The resulting thick syrup is called mosto cotto. This reduction is then bourbon barrel aged, blended then bottled on our farm. Thus, resulting A bright rich taste profile that blends with a variety of olive oils including our first press. Make a special marinade for steak fish, chicken & pork or veggies or make your own bourbon balsamic mule cocktail to enjoy with friends. 250 mL bottle.
