Feeding Instructions

Standlee Premium Smart Beet is a high fiber source for horses. Smart Beet can be fed to mature horses at a rate of 0.05% to 0.2% of body weight/day, depending on the level of activity. Smart Beet is a dehydrated product and is recommended to be soaked in water (2 parts water to 1 part pellet or shred, completely submerged) for a minimum of 30 minutes or until properly softened. Never feed moldy or insect-infested beet pulp to horses.

Transition Instructions

Gradually introduce into the diet over 7 to 10 days.
