Our beef is grown locally and supplied to us from several farms close to our stores. We know exactly where our food is coming from and the conditions it's being grown in and that means so much in this day and time! We're proud to carry locally sourced beef from our friends and neighbors. Come taste what beef is supposed to taste like!

From Southern Swiss dairy: Our beef is cut from our farm raised steers. Right before the meat is harvested, the steers are supplemented with our home grown forage to improve the taste of the meat. Our cattle are fed a mixed ration of forages that are grown on our 950 acre farm.
