And Baked golden and flash-frozen – locking in freshness so you can enjoy homemade quality anytime.

Our ingredients are:

Farm-fresh buttermilk from a local dairy: Sourced from Hickory Hill, a fourth-generation family dairy farm in Edgefield County, South Carolina, our buttermilk is as fresh and pure as it gets.

White Lily Flour, the secret toa tender biscuit: A staple in Southern kitchens since 1883, White Lily Flour is milled from 100% soft red winter wheat, giving it a finer texture and lower protein content than conventional all-purpose flours.

Real butter and cream cheese, no artificial fillers: We believe in using only the finest, all-natural dairy ingredients to create the signature richness in our biscuits. Our butter and cream cheese are pure, simple, and free from artificial fillers or preservatives, ensuring every bite is indulgent yet wholesome.

How to heat your frozen biscuits:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees for savory biscuits (buttermilk, cheese & chive, sharp cheddar, ham, sausage) or 350 degrees for sweet biscuits (cinnamon, iced blueberry). 
  2. Remove biscuits from plastic wrap and wrap in aluminum foil. 
  3. Bake approximately 20-25 minutes – oven times may vary.
  4. Open the foil so the biscuit tops are exposed. Bake for five more minutes until golden brown.
